Ingredients: pork, beef, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, spices (pepper, coriander, garlic), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), wood smoke.
Prepared with 150 g pork and beef per 100 g product.
Allergens: may contain traces of milk, mustard and celery.
