Who sells the products on interfood-adria.eu?
The products are sold by INTERFOOD ADRIA d.o.o. of Ljubljana, the official representative of the El Guapo, TopFood, BiFi, Dober dan and Nutchup brands.
Which products can I order in the online shop?
Currently, TopFood sauces can be ordered through the online shop. For products of the other brands (El Guapo, BiFi, Nutchup, Dober dan), please contact us at office@interfood-adria.eu.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Slovenia and 18 other EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain. We do not deliver to other countries, and personal pickup is not available.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs 3.99 € within Slovenia and 7.99 € to other EU countries. Orders over 40 € ship free. Prices include VAT.
Who delivers the orders?
Orders are delivered by the courier service GLS.
How can I pay?
By card (securely via Stripe). In Slovenia, cash on delivery is also available. Available payment methods depend on the delivery address.
Do I need a customer account?
No, you can also order as a guest.
Can I withdraw from my order?
Yes, within 14 days without giving a reason. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. Details are on the Returns page.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
On each product page: ingredients and allergens are in the Description tab, and nutrition values are in the nutrition table tab.
Do you also supply businesses?
Yes, we supply shops, the hospitality sector, catering companies and other businesses. For an offer, write to us at office@interfood-adria.eu.
Do you have special prices for businesses?
Yes. We prepare a price list and an offer for businesses on request, write to us at office@interfood-adria.eu.
Is there a minimum order for businesses?
Yes, but it depends on the product. For information on a specific product, contact us at office@interfood-adria.eu.
Can I receive an invoice issued to my company?
Yes, this is possible for businesses. Payment methods for business orders are agreed together with the offer.
Can businesses also order products that are not in the online shop?
Yes. Products of El Guapo, BiFi, Nutchup and Dober dan can be ordered by businesses on request. Write to us at office@interfood-adria.eu.
How do I send a business enquiry?
Write to us at office@interfood-adria.eu and tell us what you would like to order (products and quantities) and the delivery address.
